Formerly the dark and dilapidated digs of 3PBS radio station in one of St.Kilda’s iconic 1920’s apartment buildings, the space provided a blank canvas to explore possibilities for family living.

 

In its new guise it has been transformed into a light filled apartment that features an extravagant living space.  The pale finishes, including Rock Maple flooring, white walls and ceilings add to the sense of light.

 

Decorative screen elements complement Moorish echoes of the St.Kilda area and the patterned windows of the existing heritage building, Ritz Mansions.
